Retour & Remboursement

If the purchased product has a defect or differs from its description (make, model, size) before installing the product on the vehicle, the return of goods will be taken care of by Magpro.

If after verification Magpro finds that the reason for the return corresponds to the customer's complaint, Magpro will attempt to replace the product with an equivalent product and will assume responsibility for this product (maximum of 24 hours for the installation of the product).

If it is not possible to replace the product, the product and the costs will be refunded to the customer in the contract or Magpro has taken this into account (a percentage may be applied).

​

The customer has a total of 24 hours from the date of purchase of the goods to report his complaint.

In the event that the product corresponds to its description at the time of purchase, only an exchange may be possible. In all other cases, all costs are the responsibility of the customer.

​

The customer's invoice is essential for the return of the product.
